Fable is a new farm-to-table restaurant in Brevard. Inspired by connecting guests to the farms and seasons of the Carolinas, Fable offers thoughtfully sourced coffee, fresh pastries made in-house, or sandwiches and seasonal dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Open Thursday through Monday, Fable is a welcoming neighborhood spot to grab a bite, enjoy a cup of coffee, and connect with the community. Opening for dinner soon too!
